Thomas Pink Return Policy?
At Thomas Pink, if a customer is not completely satisfied with a product purchased online, it can be returned within twenty eight (28) days of receipt of item(s) to obtain a refund. Products must be returned in their original condition with original tags attached. They must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition. Returned products must be accompanied by all packaging and any related accessories. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled. For hygiene reasons, returns on boxer shorts are not accepted.
The returns process is as follows:

- Enter the order number and either email address used on the order or delivery postcode.
- Select the items to return from the order and reason why from the drop-down list.
- Select from the available returns methods and take the return to the nearest drop-off point.
- Include the order paperwork in the return.
